We are not forgetting this wonderful country which, until relatively recently, provided many people with the perfect introduction to Africa. The hospitality of the people, the variety and sheer numbers of game, the vast areas of wilderness, the spectacular landscapes and the legacy of ancient civilisations all contributed to the rich experience. It all continues to exist, waiting for us to return.
